Senior pricing begins at 60 years of age.

Student pricing is available for those under 18 or with a valid student id.

Child pricing is available for those 12 years of age and under. This pricing is only available for SMT shows.

Telephone and online orders be made using Visa or Mastercard only. 

In person orders may be made with cash, Visa or Mastercard. 

Interac is not available at the theatre due to the high fees associated.

Subscribers can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show at least 48 hours before the performance, subject to availability, without charge. 

There are no refunds at any time. 

Are not permitted in the theatre at any time.

It is the responsibility of the ticket-holder to check their ticket for the correct performance, day of the week and curtain time.

All performances begin promptly as scheduled, and there are no refunds for latecomers.

Latecomers and any persons leaving the auditorium may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and if there is an easily accessible seat available. 

For certain events, it may not be possible to seat latecomers until the intermission. If the production has no intermission, latecomers may not be admitted at all.

Per the City of Toronto, the Scarborough Village Recreation Centre and Theatre are scent-free environments. We are committed to ensuring the enjoyment of all patrons. In consideration of those in the audience who may have allergies and chemical sensitivities, please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or other scented products.

Patrons who do not comply may be reseated at the discretion of the Front of House Manager or if no alternative seating is available may be required to leave the auditorium.

No refunds will be issued.

Please note for the enjoyment and safety of all patrons and volunteers, flowers are not permitted in the theatre auditorium or the backstage area.

Patrons who wish to bring flowers can leave them with the Front of House Staff and retrieve them at the end of the performance.

Occasionally performance rights for a show are withdrawn by the license-holders after we have announced our season. Scarborough Music Theatre reserves the right to change our programs without further notice.
