SMT Joins the CGaming Family at Rama East

SMT is proud to announce will be a participating charity in the CGaming program at Toronto Rama East. Thanks to Maxine Doucette and the Kennedy Road Charitable Gaming Association we completed our in-person training session this past weekend and are now ready to go.

What is CGaming? CGaming is a program where paper based bingo halls were converted to cGaming Centres that offer classic bingo games plus a wide variety of modern games with innovative technology and graphics, such as eBingo, Tap Tix electronic break-open tickets and Play on Demand (POD) games.

Charities like SMT can apply to participate at one of the four cGaming Centres located in Toronto. In our case we will be at Toronto Rama East at 991 Kennedy Rd (Kennedy and Lawrence). We provide two volunteers for two hour shifts a few times each month. These volunteers help to keep the place tidy by pushing in chairs, wiping table tops and answering simple questions and for this SMT will obtain a share of the net proceeds raised by the centre each month.
